^TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.The Fly Buys Instant Rewards Referral Scheme (Referral Scheme) is available to Loyalty NZ staff (Referring Employee).

2.To be eligible the Referring Employee must refer to Loyalty NZ a business who is not an existing client of Fly Buys, or currently in negotiations with Fly Buys about becoming a client (Referred Business).

3.A referral will be deemed successful when a Referred Business signs a new merchant agreement with Fly Buys within 12 months of being referred (Successful Referral).

4.For a referral to be successful it must be made via the Fly Buys Referral page at https://michaelloh7.wixsite.com/referral

5.For each Successful Referral Loyalty NZ will award 500 Fly Buys bonus points to the Referring Employee.

6.An individual can make multiple referrals at one time.

7.In the case of multiple nominations for the same business, the first nomination will be deemed eligible.

8.Loyalty NZ reserves the right to cancel the Referral Scheme without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific referrer at any time for any reason.

9.All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Referral Scheme will be resolved by Loyalty NZ in its sole discretion.
